Luna Grace Photography Studio & Art Gallery represents the combined talents of mother-daughter duo, Barbara McDonald and Christine Alford. Since each retired from their respective careers as respected trial attorneys, Barbara and Christine have been able to express their artistic passions in ways they hope will empower your imagination. Christine's evocative photography ranges from whimisical and elegant to fierce and tender. Barbara uses her innovative "painting with a plasma cutter" technique to carve steel into one-of-a-kind wall sculptures mounted on hand painted backgrounds.
Luna Grace Photography was inspired by the birth of Christine's granddaughter in 2021. She now provides maternity and children's photography that will lift your spirits and capture your heart. Not content to embark on this new journey solo, she coaxed her mother out of "second retirement" and convinced her to exhibit once again. While Whim of Iron sculptures have been exhibited at galleries and art shows throughout Southern California, they can now be found exclusively at Luna Grace Photography Studio & Art Gallery.
You are invited to visit their gallery and photography studio in downtown Oceanside to experience for yourself the realization of Christine and Barbara's artistic passions.
